BIRDVIEW Technologies to Launch Branded Home Search™ at Triple Play

GLEN ELLYN, IL - (November 9, 2004) - Today BIRDVIEW Technologies, a leading
provider of web based software for real estate brokerages and agents, will release
it's newest brokerage enterprise platform. The platform is called the Branded
Home Search. The name is derived from the platform's ability to brand the content
of brokerage site to an agent, after a consumer has selected an agent to work
with.
Operating exclusively on the brokerage's website and using the broker's website
IDX or VOW listing data, the Branded Home Search suite provides each agent the
tools to generate and manage their own leads, as well as to take advantage of
their brokerage's web presence.
For the brokerage, the Branded Home Search is a cost effective means of providing
a web presence and lead management tools for the majority of their agents. A
brokerage website and complete set of administrative tools for the broker is
also included in the Branded Home Search package.
The Branded Home Search is a new feature in BIRDVIEW's OfficeSiteTM Enterprise
product suite. The OfficeSiteTM Enterprise suite provides brokerage with a website
and software tools for efficiently qualifying, distributing and managing leads.
“We had three objectives in building the Branded Home Search feature.
First was to provide a software suite that would appeal to a greater percentage
of a brokerage's agents. Secondly, the property search function needed to be
compliant with a wide array of local MLS data display requirements, which often
prohibit an agent from having their own property search function and third,
we wanted to pack value in at a extremely competitive price point” stated
Michael Kehoe, Executive Vice President. “Based on the feedback from our
beta test clients, we've met those objectives”. Kehoe added.
Demonstrations of the new feature will take place at the Triple Play Realtors®
Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City NJ, from December 7 through December
9, 2004, in booth 437.
