BIRDVIEW Technologies Introduces Printable Brochures & Flyers
GLEN ELLYN, IL – (March 14, 2005) - BIRDVIEW Technologies today announced
an upgrade to their software that provides printable flyers and brochures to
consumers visiting client websites.
All BIRDVIEW clients are now enabled with this powerful consumer oriented marketing
tool. At the consumer’s request, the flyers can be printed directly from
the Company or Agent’s Web site. Consumers also have the option of having
a brochure or flyer emailed to them. The flyer is neatly packaged into a two
page document that includes the primary listing photo, listing remarks, agent
and/or company contact information and neighborhood information. The brochure
version includes more extensive property details and up to 18 photos and editable
remarks for each photo.
While most real estate websites have a “print this listing” feature,
the output is typically of very poor quality. BIRDVIEW’s Printable Brochure
and Flyer is created in both an HTML and Adobe’s PDF format. The PDF format
produces crisp, full page output that is easy to print, email or save. BIRDVIEW
web site owners can choose from multiple color schemes and templates to modify
the look and feel of the Flyer or Brochure. Consistent with BIRDVIEW’s
emphasis on conversion of web traffic, there are 4 registration options that
can be configured to fine tune the printable flyer’s lead capture results.
The flyer is print ready for both the potential home buyer and agent. Agents
are able to use the hard copies as marketing tools during open houses, mailings,
or in other venues to highlight a specific property in print. “This is
