BIRDVIEW Technologies Adds Investor Focused Software Tools
BIRDVIEW Technologies, a real estate software provider focused on building a brokerage's online business, has partnered with eRealInvestor to provide cash flow analysis tools to the 30 million annual unique visitors that access BIRDVIEW's network of sites.
eRealInvestor offers the real estate industry's first browser-based, integrated financial analysis solution, which enables prospective buyers to visualize and compare alternative property ownership financial metrics with a single click.

Tim Tallmadge, Vice President of Business Development at CENTURY 21 Paul, introduced us to Mike Genstil, the founder of eRealInvestor. After a test, plans to provide the eRealInvestor application to all of BIRDVIEW's customers were put in place.
Tallmadge's test results were compelling. He reported, "I used eRealInvestor on a 16-Unit, $2.85 Million Property. I got a great client that buys multi-unit properties to provide Low Income Housing to those that qualify. Using the eRealInvestor tool, I was able to quickly show them different scenarios. I believe that the eRealInvestor charts sealed the deal to get them to make an offer."
The eRealInvestor application is currently being used by several dozen BIRDVIEW customers and will be rolled out to all BIRDVIEW customers during August.
