How
To Increase Lead Capture Rates
You
can provide consumers visiting your website easy access to
listings, and at the same time trade detail property information
in return for their email. This is accomplished by having
a minimal registration form after a property search is completed
and before the details of the property are displayed to consumers.
Here is how:
Step
1: Log on to your Web Assistant
Step
2: Select the 'Website' pull down menu (displaying in gold
horizontal bar) by performing a left mouse button click and
then clicking the 'Page Permissions' icon
Step
3: Select the page you would like to place behind registration
by selecting 'Listing Details Page' from the "Page"
drop down menu
Step
4: To set the minimal Page Permissions, click the checkbox
for 'Contact Info'in the 'Set Permissions for Selected Page'"
table.
Step
5: Click the 'Save Settings'button.
