New Web Assistant Tools

In our continued efforts to better service you, we are now providing you with access to all the service/trouble tickets created on your account by our customer service personnel from the convenience of your Web Assistant. This information is accessible to you through the self help page on the Service Center menu and contains real time ticket status and activity history. You will also find helpful and convenient answers to frequently asked questions on the self help page.

In addition, we have released two new tools under the Service Center menu, an Email Forward Manager and a Password Reset Manager, to allow you to more easily administer your website without unnecessary delay. If you have any questions regarding the use of these tools, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support department.

  Tip Of The Month

Using The Password Manager

The Password Manager Tool allows you to manually reset the Web Assistant passwords for your agents.

After logging in to your Web Assistant, select the "Password Reset Manager" under the "Service Center" menu.  A list of the configured usernames will appear.  Simply check the box next the the username(s) you would like to reset the password for, and then press the "Reset Selected Usernames" button at the bottom of the page.

The system will reset the selected username(s) to a random string of characters, which will be displayed on the following page.  Once the agent has logged in with this password, they can then use the "Change Your Password" tool, also under the "Service Center" menu, to change their password to something easier to remember.
